Dear APRA – We adopted Tessa in August 2004. We had always had dachshunds and went to look at one that day, but while we were waiting, a foster mom was dropping off Tessa and my daughter fell in love with her and soon after, so did I. She has been the best dog we have ever had and so funny and smart. She is a great snuggler and loves to walk. She even watches TV and attacks it if an animal is on.
We can’t imagine our life without her. Thank you for helping us find her and for all the great work you do. Here is a recent picture of her with her Christmas sweater.
