Anthony is in a foster home and available for adoption on Saturday.

Anthony is a handsome, little guy who is mostly white with tan and black markings and ears that are quick to perk up when you talk to him.  He has a dynamic personality that is truly unmatched.  While he does well with other dogs, if he had his choice, he'd be with humans as much as he can.  He enjoys going for walks a few times a day and has a great fondness for hanging around the house.   Anthony has a lot of great qualities to share with his forever home soon!  Please read on to hear what his foster family has to say about their time with him...

What my foster family says about me:

4/18/12:  Anthony is one fabulous dog! He possesses every single quality that any dog owner would prize. He is housebroken & does his business the moment he steps outside! He is so smart! He knows most basic commands as well as fun things like “shake”. He enjoys walks & is a master on the leash, but does not require anything extra above the exercise I normally would do. We take a 30 minute walk, once a day and a few short potty breaks around the neighborhood. He enjoys when we play fetch but will amuse himself with another toy or bullystick when our playtime is over.

Anthony is also content to watch me cook (he’s quite the gourmet!) and snuggle with our daughters or just hang around observing our family activity. He loves to burrow under the covers with us at bedtime & has taken to even sleeping under our bed on occasion! Anthony loves giving gentle kisses & is really sweet with everyone he meets. He is very loving & we have found him to be an easy, intelligent, & fun companion. Why this super little guy has not been scooped up yet is beyond us…perhaps he’s waiting to meet you?
