Willow is available for adoption beginning Saturday, February 25th.
Willow is one of the sweetest pups you will ever meet! Unfortunately Willow's previous owners neglected to give her the care that she deserves. She came in to us covered from head to toe is mats (as you can see from her photos). We had to shaved her down completely but Willow was more than patient throughout the process. Now that she is all cleaned up she feels much better and she ready for find her new home! She loves getting all this new found attention from the staff and volunteers here at the shelter! She enjoys cuddling and would make a perfect lap dog.
Upate 2/21/2012: Willow tested positive for heartworms and is schedule to have the treatment this week. If you can make a donation to go towards her medical costs click on "Sponsor Me". Any donations are greatly appreciated.
Update 2/23/2012: Willow has successfully completed her heartworm treatment and is looking forward to finding her forever home soon.
What my foster family says about me:
1/24/2012: Willow is just adorable and we can’t say enough good things about this little doll. She loves to snuggle and give kisses, she gets along great with our dogs and our older children. Willow loves everybody we meet and her cute little tail won’t stop wagging.
Willow gets very excited when I take off the leash from the hook, she loves to go on walks. She keeps up easily during our 45 minutes walk in the morning and is prancing along with the rest of the crew. Willow is quite the adventurer and we are amazed by her outgoing and exploring nature, you can tell that she has no clue how small she actually is.
Willow loves to eat and is dancing and prancing when it’s time for her lunch, she is currently nibbling on diet food to regain her girlish figure. Willow is going to be an incredibly sweet and loyal companion for a very lucky family, you will fall in love with her in a heartbeat.
