StanleyStanley chose us on May 4.  When he came home he was nervous and it took us a couple of days to learn about each other and learn his food/potty times.  After 3 days, he was completely house trained!  He is very smart.  He has already been trained to sit, sit up and we’re working on “stay”.  He wants to learn and wants to please us.  He has three toys he plays with all of the time.  His typical day is –he sleeps all night, takes a walk around 10:00, eats, plays with the kids, loves to be outside and chase a small soccer ball. His best thing to do is to run after squirrels, then we take another long walk after dinner as a family.

He is very obedient, loves a bath, loves to snuggle, and loves to give kisses.  We couldn’t have gotten a better dog.  He has been a pure joy to have in our home.  We are looking forward to a long life with Stanley as we watch our children and Stanley grow!  By the way,  we kept his name because he looked like a Stanley. ~ Cathy E.

P.S.  In this photo, our son was sick and stayed on the couch all day and Stanley was right by his side all day .

Thank you so much for the update on Stanley. He’s such a great little guy, and I’m not surprised that he stayed with your son when he was sick. I’m so happy for Stanley that he found such a perfect family!
