Angel

Updated: 2/26/12
I've been adopted!
Age: 7 years   Weight: 32 lbs.    Gender: Female   Breed: Spitz

Angel is in a foster home and available for adoption on Saturday and by appointment.

Angel is quite the angel, but is really more like a princess.  She wants nothing more than to be the center of her person's world.  She loves doing anything that involves being with her person.  Whether you're scratching her all over or taking her for a walk she is beyond ecstatic.  And she does need plenty of walks, not only because she has plenty of energy, but also because she should shed a few pounds.  If you are looking for a one and only companion, Angel is your girl!

What my foster mom says about me:

2/23/12:  Angel is awesome!! She is housebroken, doesn't get on the furniture unless invited, will sleep all night either on your bed, or on the floor in her own doggy bed. She is not a in your face needy dog, but loves nothing more than to hang out with the family and go for walks. She goes in her crate with no problem. ( I always crate my fosters dogs while I am not home, for their safety ).

Best of all, she is great with kids. Upon arriving at her foster home for the first time, she was greeted by a 4 yr and two 2 yr olds. The kids were in awww over her fur and couldn't stop touching / petting her. This did not phase Angel one bit. My 2 yr old just followed her around the house petting her and trying to give her hugs and kisses. Angle would fit into pretty much any household. The one and only thing she would ask for is to be an only dog. She is not aggressive, but she does not want to share her humans with other dogs.

Oh, and one more thing, she really does not shed that much. She needs a good brushing a couple times a week. Our black lab used to shed 100X more than Angel.
